Welcome to Linsa. These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Linsa ("Lumpix", "we", "us"), operated by Roman Abdulla. By accessing or using any of our websites, applications, products, or services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

About Linsa

Linsa provides AI-powered tools that generate personalized photos and images using your uploaded face photos ("Inputs"). Linsa may return AI-generated images, stylized photos, and visual content featuring your likeness ("Outputs").

Linsa is an entertainment and creative tool. It does not provide professional photography services, identity verification, or any form of certified imaging. The Services are intended for personal, creative, and entertainment purposes only.

Important Disclaimer — Image Quality and Results

AI-generated images are produced automatically and their quality, accuracy, likeness, artistic style, and overall appearance cannot be guaranteed. By using the Services, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• Generated images are produced by AI algorithms and may not accurately resemble your actual appearance;
• Results may vary significantly between generations, even with the same input photo;
• Generated images may contain visual artifacts, distortions, imperfections, or unexpected elements;
• The likeness, skin tone, facial features, hair, and other characteristics in generated images may differ from reality;
• No specific artistic result, style, or quality level is guaranteed;
• We are not responsible for dissatisfaction with the appearance, quality, or content of generated images;
• We are not liable for any decisions, actions, or consequences arising from the use of generated images;
• Generated images are provided strictly "as is" without any warranty of fitness for any particular purpose.

You use the Services and generated images at your own risk and sole discretion.

Acceptable Use of Generated Images

You may use generated images for personal, non-commercial creative purposes unless otherwise permitted by your subscription plan. You must not:

• use generated images to impersonate, deceive, or defame any person;
• use generated images for fraudulent, misleading, or illegal purposes;
• publish or distribute generated images in a manner that violates applicable laws or third-party rights;
• use generated images to create deepfakes, non-consensual intimate imagery, or harmful content.

Basic Rules for Using Linsa

To use certain features, you may need to create an account and provide accurate, current information. You must not:

• register under another person's identity;
• choose a username you lack rights to;
• transfer your account without our consent.

You may access the Services using third-party accounts (e.g., Google, Apple), which may share limited information with us based on your settings.

You represent that you are of legal age to enter a binding agreement or have appropriate parental consent.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities on your account.

Restrictions on Use

You agree not to use the Services in any way that:

• infringes intellectual property or other rights;
• violates laws or regulations;
• is harmful, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, obscene, or objectionable;
• compromises account or network security;
• involves scraping, crawling, or automated extraction of data;
• reverse engineers or decompiles the Services.

Prohibited Content

You may not upload, transmit, or submit content that:

• contains photos of persons other than yourself without their explicit consent;
• contains illegal content;
• contains sexual content involving minors (real, synthetic, simulated, or AI-generated);
• contains non-consensual sexual content;
• is hateful, discriminatory, or harassing;
• promotes violence, self-harm, or criminal activity;
• contains malware or attempts to disrupt the Services;
• includes personal data of others without permission.

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination.

Your Content Rights

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading photos, you grant Linsa a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, store, and use your photos solely to provide the Services.

Generated images produced from your inputs are provided to you for personal use subject to these Terms.

We do not claim ownership of your uploaded photos or generated images.

Licenses You Grant to Linsa

To operate and improve the Services, you grant Linsa a worldwide, royalty-free, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to host, store, process, and display your User Submissions solely as necessary to provide and improve the Services.

Where permitted by law and with appropriate anonymization, Linsa may use aggregated and de-identified data to improve AI models and product performance.

AI Outputs — Disclaimer of Accuracy and Quality

Outputs are generated automatically by AI systems and are inherently uncertain. You understand and agree that:

• Linsa does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, artistic merit, or likeness of generated images;
• Outputs should be reviewed by you before any use;
• Linsa is not responsible for any decisions, consequences, emotional distress, or dissatisfaction arising from generated images;
• AI generation is a probabilistic process — identical inputs may produce different outputs;
• We make no warranties that generated images will meet your expectations or be suitable for any specific purpose.

Copyright Infringement (DMCA)

If you believe content infringes your copyright, you may send a DMCA notice containing:

• Signature of authorized person;
• Identification of copyrighted work;
• Identification of infringing material and its location;
• Contact information;
• Good-faith statement of unauthorized use;
• Statement under penalty of perjury of accuracy and authority.

We may remove or restrict access to infringing material and notify the uploader.

Responsibility for Your Use

You access the Services at your own risk. Linsa does not control or verify information provided by users or third parties.

Links to third-party sites do not imply endorsement. You are responsible for reviewing third-party terms.

Changes to the Services

We may modify or discontinue features at any time. We may remove content without notice if it violates these Terms.

Paid Services and Billing

Some Services require payment ("Paid Services"). Pricing is available on our website or inside the app.

Payments may be processed by Stripe, Apple, Google, or other payment providers. By subscribing, you agree to pay all listed fees and allow recurring charges until cancellation.

Subscription Terms

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the current rate unless canceled.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.
• No refunds for partial periods unless required by law.
• Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before expiration.

Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time by contacting neykuratick@yahoo.com or by canceling your subscription through the relevant app store.

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or at our discretion.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES, INCLUDING ALL GENERATED IMAGES AND OUTPUTS, ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY OF LIKENESS, IMAGE QUALITY, ARTISTIC MERIT, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS OR THAT GENERATED IMAGES WILL RESEMBLE YOU OR ANY SPECIFIC APPEARANCE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUMPIX AND ANTON KARAVAEV ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:

• indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages;
• loss of profits, data, goodwill, or performance;
• dissatisfaction with generated image quality, likeness, or appearance;
• any decisions or actions taken based on generated images;
• emotional distress or reputational harm arising from generated images;
• the cost of substitute services;
• amounts exceeding $100 or the amount paid in the last 12 months.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Linsa and Roman Abdulla against claims arising from your use of the Services, your uploaded content, or violation of these Terms.

Assignment

You may not transfer your rights without our consent. We may assign these Terms without notice.

Choice of Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Where mandatory consumer protection laws apply in your jurisdiction, those laws are not excluded by these Terms.

Prohibited Content and Child Protection

Linsa strictly prohibits any content depicting or implying nudity, sexual activity, or sexually suggestive behavior involving minors (real, synthetic, simulated, or AI-generated).

Violations will result in permanent bans and may be reported to authorities.

No Third-Party Beneficiaries

No third parties are intended beneficiaries of these Terms.
